When my husband passed away in February, I called USAA about our accounts (credit card, checking, investment, insurance). I was put in contact with their Bereavement Services and received the best service of anyone I had to deal with through this difficult time. They spent all the time I needed and made sure a smooth and easy transition was made and that I had funds available to me during this time. They went over all my accounts and insurance to make sure I was taken care of and on the right track for the future. The people at USAA are top-notch and I will always be grateful for their compassion and expertise during such a difficult time for me.
