$293.38 was debited from my checking account, twice = BANK ERROR. I Just got off the phone with USAA Representative Daniel Pino of "Agency Services" who chose to engage me in an argument and inform me that the money would not be credited back into my checking account until Tuesday. UNACCEPTABLE! USAA is #1 in Customer Service. Regrettably, I did not receive that this morning. And, I want the money back into my account immediately. USAA, will you please help me?
