Automated Services

Thus far I have been incredibly happy with the services offered by USAA. I switched over based on the advice of a fellow candidate back in OCS and have never looked back. The only issue I have is USAA's increasing reliance on automated serices. What I love most about USAA is actually talking to knowledgable people who speak perfect English and understand my situation (i.e. deployments, PCS orders, etc). What I dislike is pushing buttons on my phone trying to search for the correct department. USAA, please avoid any kind of automated answering services, I want to keep talking to real people every time I call!
