When USAA upgraded the app, We lost access. None of Our 4 devices were current enough to download the app, which eliminated Our access to mobile deposit, Zelle, etc., unless We bought newer devices. Since We haven't, it's back to the 20th century with USAA.

Anyone else?

You definitely need to call USAA and ask for website assistance. If you have an iPhone, computer (MAC or WINDOWS), or Android device that is newer then 5 years old you should have no problem accessing the USAA website.
