Last year my husband took a new job which allowed me to drop to part time to enjoy more time with our kids. He was laid off a few months ago making things more than financially tight for us. USAA worked with us and allowed us flexability on our car insurance payments. To them it may not have seemed like much, but to us it was a sigh of relief especially with such a large car payment. (It's through another bank which is a mistake we will NEVER make again) They tried to help us refinance the car loan but due to us being young and having not so perfect credit (I can admit it!) and with only my income, they sadly could not help us. (Completely understandable. Afterall, they have a business to run!) Irregardless I have never been so impressed with a company! Thank you so much for all you have done for me and my family!
