Hello, IV done a change off address through the post office but haven't received my cards.

Hello Kandi8 if you are only a Authorized User on the credit card account  and not an account holder/owner then as a  authorized user you are not permitted to make any changes to the account.  We will need the account owner to contact us to update the address and assist with the card request. If you are the owner of the account please give a call in at 1-800-531-8722 to update this and have them resent - Ralph
