I just received a notice from my credit union that ADT is refusing to credit my account with them when I pay through my credit union using electronic billing. ADT sent me a notice saying that with the Jan/14 payment they will require that all payments be made at their website. WHAT?? I've had ADT since 2005 and I've been a USAA member since 1967. I wonder what gives with ADT. All my calls have not been returned so far. I am now searching for another alarm comapny.As an aside, during the time with ADT our alarm has only sounded once. I test the alarm at least every 2 months but I call ADT first so they know in advance that it is a test. Does USAA still recommend ADT? I hope not.
