Forty eight years the Lt. Col head of my ROTC unit said, in his last talk to my fellow seniors and me, knowing we were graduating and most going on active duty, "You'll need insurance. Call USAA. Here's their number. You can trust them." I did call, and since then I, and now my two sons, have been in a trusting relationship with USAA. And soon, my two new grandchildren, through college savings plans, will benefit from that first advice I received. I am not saying my time with USAA has been perfect; we have had minor challenges, I have spoken up, and they have been addressed in a professional way. As a result, my trust is tested and deeper: I always feel USAA puts my interests first. Thank you for being there.
