We lost my husband 11/30/11 to cancer while he was still active duty NAVY. Never once have I heard the words "we can't discuss this with you" from USAA. The company as a whole has gone above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, answered any questions we might have, offered advise, and mentioned things we had not even thought of yet. They have made recommendation on how & when to do things to save as much money for us as possible. After giving all the information to verify who I am, the rep always says, "Before we go any future, I would like to offer my condolances on BMC". As I posted on Facebook, it is like conducting business in the 40's or 50's when people actually cared about their fellow man. Thank you for making a difficult and sad time a little easier.
