My husband and I have been with USAA for 45 going on 46 years. The USAA team has always been helpful and understanding. We alway get wonderful, efficient service from USAA. Until now. They are starting to charge us for transferring money from my husband's account to my account via our car insurance policy. They put a surcharge on the car insurance saying that the money is no longer in my husband's account although it is still with USAA.


Why? This needs an explanation. Does not sound like standard USAA action.
