3rd generation, 60 years, now massive disappointment

I've always been the biggest USAA fan in my decades with its services. My grandfather got me my USAA account 23 years ago. When I had some terrible service over the last couple weeks, I decided to use the star community rating boxes on the website to share this. And ... they're gone.


So disappointed.




By the way, the USAA website auto-message system made me delete 4 drafts of this post.


It censored phrases such as

  • "I just had the worst service I have gotten from USAA in 23 years" and
  • (another one it is censoring again)

The above information needs to be on this forum because it's important to legacy clients in a deeper way.
