I searched the Stadium Site for their policies and this is what I found:
AT&T Stadium welcomes guests with disabilities and their service animals or service animals in training. While it is not necessary, we encourage guests with assistive animals to contact Guest Services at (817) 892-4161 in advance of game day, to appropriately accommodate the needs of the guest and his/her animal.
Also I found this!
"The Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic announced a new partnership with Vet Tix today to create a "Send-A-Vet" program that includes 600 game tickets distributed for free to veterans and current-serving members of the military."
