I have been waiting a week to find out if my car is totalled or not. I might have bought rental coverage if I had know I would be wihtout a car for weeks. What is the exectation? Is there a way to speed up the process? I may spend $100's out of pocket on a rental car and there seems to be no sense of urgency in determining if the car is totalled or not.
