I am trying to pay, or confirm the payment of, my insurance bill.

 

I have tried to set up automatic payments. The website seems to say that my April payment will be automatic, but it was due yesterday.

 

I have tried several times to make this work, but I have received messages that "there was a problem" with the automated payment.

I have not seen the payment withdrawn from my bank account. Please confirm it was received.
