Told I had auto-pay set up 4 times by service providers, apparently not. Now my insurance doesn't exist.


I have asked 4 times to be put on an auto pay system for my insurance 4 times, each time being told that it was complete, and I paid off what debt I had at the time. Now, it seems my insurance is no longer valid, as I have nothing owed and an n/a for my balance with no insurance being shown on my account. How can I remedy this? (this is for auto-insurance)
