I tried to get USAA to help me regarding a term life insurance policy that I have with them. I called them on the posted telephone number.  I was kept me on hold for 52 minutes. When I finally talked to someone he directed me to an online address. This did not help me and here I am today wondering just what I should do. Please Help me. My name is Gretchen Batton. Phone 505 205 3312. We live in New Mexico.  PS. My husband has been a USAA member for 55 years and he is quite disturbed regarding USAA's treatment of me and the USAA employee's total lack of care.
