Still being charged for a policy that was canceled

I’m still being charged for my step son’s policy when we already canceled it.
It is the 2013 Corolla.
Please remove it from our policies and refund any amount we have paid since January.

You can chat with a live agent by clicking on your auto policy and choosing the contact us option, or please give us a call at 1-800-531-8722.
