Greetings. I’ve now turned in the mil discount for LA auto insurance 3 times, starting in August, 2018, being rejected for using the full policy number instead of a secret code (unpublished/unknown to members) used by the underwriters. I was told I was good, but the discount (substantial) was never applied, Yesterday I was told you would honor it this time, and would backdate the savings to last August. Please do so.
