My property claim had a supplemental claim filed. It was pigeon holed for over a month. Now can’t find a manager to help me out. I called main number and just get referred back to where I started. How do I escalate this to a senior manager?

Thank you. Ms Johnson from the Advocy office called and said they would take care of and monitor my situation. Now I feel like USAA does care. Thanks for your help.
