After being passed on to Liberty Mutual when signing up with USAA, I had paid all of my bills to Liberty Mutual and they cancelled my Auto Insurance 7 months ago without notice after I had paid for it. No emails or communication were sent. I only realized this after I went out to check why I hadn't received any updates.
When calling Liberty Mutual they had no idea why it happened and were not helpful in any way with remediating the situation. What is USAA able to do about this?
