I would like to get a jewelry appraisal for the items covered under my USAA VPP plan. We called a jewelry store and they always recommend  to ask our insurance company who they use for appraisals. Are there any jewelry appraisers USAA has used that I can use as a consumer? Thank you!

Hello @Dandylion and thank you for inquiring about getting your jewelry appraised.  USAA does not have a specific appraiser, due to our members are all over the world.  You may select an appraiser that is local or a jewelry store that will appraise your jewelry items.  When appraising jewelry, we ask that our members get a description of each piece with the value and date printed on the form.  Once obtained, you may upload the appraisal via USAA.com through "Upload Documents to USAA".  If needing additional information about your coverage's with your VPP, please don't hesitate reaching out to us by selecting "Ask USAA" on your VPP account summary page via USAA.com.  You will have the option to call or initiate a secured chat conversation with our insurance specialists.  Thank you for trusting USAA with your VPP insurance needs and we look forward to hearing from you soon.  ~ Marco
