The last 2 months my insurance payment will not go through. I call and whoever I speak to tells me it's declined. I'm looking at my balance and there is about $10,000 in my account. Yet USAA is the only merchant that has issues with accepting my payment.  I called Delta (my credit union) they agree that it's on your end. USAA is really going downhill.
