I added a renter's policy to my portfolio of insurance

I added a renter's policy to my portfolio of insurance to cover my daughter at school. You, without telling me, have put the policy in my daughter's name. You will not talk to me about the policy and when she calls you, she is told that you can't verify her information (because you didn't ask for any when I set up the policy) so you won't talk to her. Today, your agent told me that you all would harm her credit score if I let the policy lapse. Is this really the way USAA wants to go about treating customers with over 30 years of loyalty? I am more disappointed by your company every day.

What is it you expect us to do.  Am I to keep paying for a policy which is on property we no longer rent just because you all are too incompetent to do your job right.  Yes, I'm a bit frustrated by the continued apathy and ignorance your company is increasingly showing.
