You will not talk to me about the policy and when she calls you, she is told that you can't verify her information (because you didn't ask for any when I set up the policy) so you won't talk to her. Today, your agent told me that you all would harm her credit score if I let the policy lapse. Is this really the way USAA wants to go about treating customers with over 30 years of loyalty? I am more disappointed by your company every day.
What is it you expect us to do. Am I to keep paying for a policy which is on property we no longer rent just because you all are too incompetent to do your job right. Yes, I'm a bit frustrated by the continued apathy and ignorance your company is increasingly showing.
