How can I file a complaint because several of the representatives have disconnected the call in my face, including a manager


I have auto insurance, USAA representatives refuse to listen several read the script and fail to listen to the customers. I requested to speak with a manager, a manager called me but became upset when I stated they will not admit when they are wrong and disconnected the call in my face. That is very unprofessional, I would like to know how do I address this matter?
