Does my home insurance coverage insure my furniture/valuables/etc. when I am moving?

Hello, @Willie84! Thank you for reaching out via the USAA Community! Our homeowners insurance policies do cover your unscheduled personal property and/or belongings while away from the from the residence in the process of moving. As a USAA-insured homeowner, you are provided up to 100% of Coverage C of your declarations, which is your unscheduled personal property coverage. You will find that limit on the first page of your homeowners policy packet or you can find it in your Homeowners Insurance preview on your USAA.com profile, by looking at the list of coverages. Note: Named perils coverage applies while property is being moved to a new location. I hope this information is helpful! Please, let us know if you have any more questions. :) ~ Steven
