HOW TO CONTACT ANYONE IN USAA MANAGEMENT FOR HELP

CONTINUED "STONEWALLING" BY USAA CONTRACTED "CLAIMS" FOR HURRICANE/WATER DAMAGE IN BOTH OCTOBER 2018 AND MARCH 2019.  CLAIM DENIED IN 2018.  USAA RESPONDED TO LATEST DAMAGE CLAIM BY RAISING THE DWELLING COVERAGE TO $618K THE SAME DAY CLAIM WAS SUBMITTED.  YEARS PRIOR TO THIS CLAIM DWELLING COVERAGE WAS $498.  FOLLOWING CLAIM PROCESSING THE COVERAGE WAS RESTORED TO $498.  NET EFFECT?  PAYOUT TO THE MEMBER WAS REDUCED SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS.  A VERY SLICK SCAM BEING RUN BY THE USAA HIRED CONTRACTOR "ALL;CAT" WITH LITTLE RECOURSE BY A LONG TERM 
"MEMBER" TO ANYONE IN THE USAA HIERARCHY.
