How do I file a formal complaint? I have been dealing with a claim for over 6 months and the adjuster has been horrible. I have had very little work completed and the amount of time that has elaspsed coupled with USAA changing their minds based on who is reveiweing the claim is appaling. I have never seen anything this bad and so little concern given to the member. I will reserve my true feelings for a less public forum.
