@Scroggett, Great question! The system should systematically send an email with auto insurance cards once a policy is purchased. Please give us a call at 800-531-USAA (8722) or initiate a chat on usaa.com so we can take a look for you and further troubleshoot, if necessary. Thank you! ~Danielle
