I am having a very difficult time completing the medical exam for my life insurance policy. I am a hard stick and your local examiner company is sending me to an urgent care clinic. The communication has been nonexistent as I have tried to get the bloodwork done 3 times now and then urgent care continues to tell me they don’t know how to process the request. I know it is out of USAA’s control but I am frustrated with the inability to get this done in a timely manner.
