As we continue to listen to your needs and find innovative solutions to improve your overall experience, the digital journey for USAA Investments continues to evolve.

You may recall that last year we introduced Deposit@Home® and Deposit@Mobile1 enabling the use of your mobile device to make deposits into eligible non-retirement accounts2. We followed that up with developing the Investment Center on mobile (for iPhone®, Android, iPad®), which placed the power of investing in the hands of all members. This feature provides robust quoting and interactive charting, a snapshot of the U.S. markets, investments research, trading, and much more.

We’ve continued to push forward in 2013 and have launched a completely remodeled investments storefront, providing a simplified shopping experience, tailored for both novice and expert investors. Additionally, we delivered a new and enhanced Digital Retirement Center on both and all mobile platforms.

In the next few weeks, we’ll be rolling out an entirely redesigned investments servicing capabilities on

We are introducing a trade and quote-from-anywhere concept. This approach/capability allows you to launch your trade order entry ticket from any of the investment servicing pages, keeping it open or closed as you navigate seamlessly through each page.

Additionally, we’ll be introducing brand new investment portfolio and account views. These new views integrate graphical representations of all your USAA investment accounts in a consolidated view. You control what you want to see in the form of a pie chart or bar graph.

Additional changes include relocation of the navigation tabs from a horizontal orientation, to a vertical orientation. This simple change allowed for better navigation and location of the service tabs.

There are many new features in this re-design that address our member feedback to help with overall experience and we look forward to hearing your thoughts on the improvements.

Stay tuned for more in 2014.
