I had a really bad accident and it's taken awhile to recover credit wise. We've recovered and are right on the edge of being eligible to pay 10% vs 20% down. My lender requested a rescore and all 3 credit bureaus have asked USAA credit card for an update. They are also the only ones that have not responded to the credit bureaus. Noone at the bank seems to know who answers the request, meanwhile it will cost me an extra $10000.00. What's going on in the bank that Noone knows what to do our which department does it? Waiting 45 days is not an option. Please help, any suggestions
