I am experiencing a terrible experience as well. My contract is about to expire on the 28th of this month and don't know which way to go. I was first told I was pre-approved, then after the application package was mailed back in I called to find out the status but no one seams to have an answer. Time is winding down, my earnest money is at risk, don't know if I should get an extension which will cost me $25 per day. As I have been a Realtor for 10 years and have never experienced this type of transacting while representing other clients with their purchasing and selling process. Have always spoke highly of Usaa, but I don't know. Very frustrated!
