It's upsetting to me that when I call usaa about making my paying my mortgage easier they couldn't help me out. I needed to spilt my payments between the 1st and the 15th and they gave me a 3rd party number that charges thousands for that service. I had Bank of America before and it was no problem to do that and it was free!! Help out our families and make this possible to do and at no cost to your members. Remember, you work for us! Not us for you!
