USAA uses 3 or so companies to handle their loans. Mine didn't pay part of my taxes last year and I got a delinquency notice. USAA made it up to me, but I'd never experienced that before. Closing and documentation went well, but if it is a busy time they are slow like all lenders. Over all I would give them a B grade.
