The employees can't do there job until I call them and tell them what needs to be done .they never call me back when they say they will. I'm 2 weeks from closing and they still can't solve a simple problem between them and the title company. They get rude with me when I ask them why they are having these problems so close to closeing. I suggest if you ever deal with there morgage department call them every day to make sure they are actually working.
