USAA has sent a credit card to a 15 year old address where it was fraudulently used for about $100. I found out when I was denied for a home loan. Two months, 15 phone calls, two letters later they tell me there is nothing they can do. I have never been to the store where the charges took place, not even the city. I cannot repair my credit and USAA does not care. Worst customer service ever encountered in my life.

Have you filed a police report? My understanding is once the police report is filed the credit bureau(s) have a process that will remove items on your report caused by identity theft over the objection of the creditor.
