Wow. Things have really changed. After 45 years of being a loyal, honest, USAA member, I will finally cut the tie, tomorrow. I already appreciate the customer service at the new company: they actually assigned ONE individual to work with me, not a different person every time I call. A denial of an umbrella policy after just two accidents and two homeowners claims in 45 years was the final straw (the denial was based on erroneous data supplied to Lexus Nexus by guess who? USAA!). You gotta be kidding me! Oh and I save $400 a year in premiums!
I hate to say it but, in these days of Covid, this is one of the happiest days I've had in over a year. I am finally liberated from these incompetents! I just got tired of being TREATED WITH NO RESPECT BY USAA, and I finally did something about it. You can only hit me over the head with a 2X4 for so long....
Good luck listening to that idiotic USAA jingle for hours at a time while on hold!!!!
