I remember when I first open up an account with USAA over 40 years ago. I felt like I belong to a family and I had the Personal Touch. Now they've gotten so big that it's so hard to talk to a property representative. I had a small problem with my car being vandalized and that insurance company's representative Insurance came out to see me. Talked to me, saw the damage. Referred me to someone. And then he actually calls me several times and talked to me see how I am doing. I have had a property damage since 6/18/19 I have yet to talk to either representative. The email and voice mailed only once or twice all the time... but, you don't talk to me. No one is communicating to see how I'm doing... that hurts. Contractors are ripping me off.
