I have been shopping around for houses over the past 2 years. Recently (February) I requested my funding letter be added to my documents (like it was last year). I was told it can't be done and never was before. I insisted that it had been done and was again informed it had never been available. Upon calling today I was told it was unavailable at this time and they don't know when it will be available. So, my question is which one is it, why doesn't it work anymore, and why do I have to be on the phone with usaa for 2+ hours to get this taken care of? Usaa I am very disappointed with your service and quite frankly, I'm thinking about taking my business elsewhere.
