I've had USAA since I was a teenager, 34 years now. I've made semimonthly payments on my policy for YEARS. Now in the middle of the Covid Crisis I get a letter stating they are taking the ENTIRE amount due at once?!?!?! How is this helpful to their customers? Somehow the "gift" of $32.54 from USAA does not offset the remaining balance due for the year at once. I've paid on time, been loyal and refused to leave USAA for years but this has left me baffled? Have I misundertood this letter I received? If I am wrong I'd love to have it explained.  Thank you.
