I joined USAA in 1994 when I received my commission. I believed in this company and was glad to be a part of this organization. Recently my wife and I applied for a home mortgage through USAA, the experience was terrible, talking to loan officers who could care less. This company has lost its way, soon I will be moving my auto insurance to another company & my credit card. It's sad to say, but greed had taken the helm of this once Great company. I'm sure the founders would be rolling in their graves as to the present state of this company.
