Thanks Briana. I hope a "specialist" is completely separate from the processors. The service so far doesn't exactly inspire confidence. Reading many similar stories here inspires even less. Hope you understand. When exactly can I expect contact from someone at USAA? Have heard the all too vague I will return your call by the end of the business day on voicemail too many times.
