I am reaching out to see if USAA is able to defer the next payment or 2 due to our business slowing down so drastically stemming from the virus issue.

Yes, USAA will begin offering forbearance and is working to update the website ASAP. I just spoke with them for the same reason and they offered 3 months forbearance with no late fees and no reporting as late. The USAA reps who respond in here do not have the latest information - they just pass the ball and tell you to call someone else
