Military family loans. Problems

I've been with usaa for almost 20 years. Had only good experiences until u was referred to military family loans to refinance a mortgage.

It has only been aggravation. Now after months of responding to multiple emails and resend uh documentation they want more money to hold my rate since they can't get the closing.

Can't find anyone at usaa to talk to about this. I only used military family loans because I was referred through usaa.

Well the loan has fallen through. Delays delays. I had no confidence they would ever close. Today my rate expired as a waited for someone to call me. I spoke with a Phillis Gavin of military family loans. Early yesterday afternoon. No one called to follow up.

I'm very disappointed that usaa is part of military family loans. This will be the last loan I go through usaa for. 10 weeks wasted.

Oh and I called the number you gave. Please refer someone to me high enough In usaa that can deal with military family loans.
