I am so disappointed with the fact that my loan originator, xxxxxxxxxxxxx is not returning my emails or phone calls. I have final approval for my loan due this friday, June 26, 2015 on buying a home which is supposed to close on July 2nd and she is not communicating with me. Why are they allowed to get away with this? I would be fired if I treated my customers this way. I can not find a human being to speak with at USAA concerning this. I am going to lose my earnest money of $1,000 if I don't have answers by friday. 


Does anybody care?
