@Cultural - We never want any member to experience poor service, so our representatives should never have an "attitude." Our hold times should not be that long, but we are not always able to forecast staffing to meet our needs. Regarding your third question, we try to treat every member like family, regardless of what state they live in. I am deeply concerned about the feedback you have provided to this point. Is there anything specific I can address that maybe was not handled or resolved with your recent phone call? Thanks, Jason
