Is phone system down or everyone on vacation?

I have been trying for the past two days to contact USAA to complete an in-process mortgage application. Each time I call, I am told that the offices are closed. I am calling during posted open hours. What gives? About to take my business elsewhere.

My advice--don't do it!!  You will be completely frustrated with the new system, and you'll wish you never started!!!  Trust me and if not, google it....
