I had a bed experince with a customer service rep.

I was chating with the coustomer service representative about a disbute  on my card and debit card. Then she told me fraud and i have just closed them. She didnt ask my self nothing. She jumped the gun did work but she told me anything. NOw i have two brand new cards getting sent to me expidited. It was  Thursday, There is a posssiblity i might get the cards on monday.

@showers2002, I am so sorry to hear you had a bad experience today. I have located and forwarded your feedback and concerns. The cards, when expedited, do take about 2 - 3 business days. You can add those cards to your mobile pay on the app in the meantime though, and be able to use them at most stores! To add, click on the checking or credit card account online. Click the menu in the upper right and then Mobile Wallet. It will walk you right through it. Hope this helps!   ~Tom
