I wish I had read some of these post before using USAA for my mortgage. Not a happy camper with the payment options and the ever decreasing level of customer service I've seen at USAA. While the customer service may still be rated highly in the industry, it's not what it used to be. USAA is just another BIG BANK that has forgotten who their customers are and what we have sacrificed for our country.
