Why did USAA change their home page and some of their features. I have two years to complete my claim and I can't find my status. I push the Claim status button and it ask me do I want to report a new claim as if my open claim does not exist anymore. I need to upload new documents USAA. Stop changing the way you navigate through the website. I hate this last change they did. I used to be able to see all my old claims for vehicle and home. I feel like they're being sneaky....
